Covid-19 Update (November 2020)
New national restrictions came into force this week on Thursday, 5 November 2020. The new measures, applied nationally for four weeks, will end on Wednesday 2 December 2020. We want to keep you fully up-to-date regarding our service delivery. Here at Trident Group we remain committed to continuing to provide a full service to our residents and customers, whilst also keeping you and our employees as safe as possible. Our services will continue to support you fully and we will run our usual repairs and maintenance services, including completing essential safety checks to make sure we are keeping you safe within your home.
Any of our employees or contractors who need to visit your home will adhere to Covid-19 secure practices including wearing a face mask and maintaining a social distance. If you have a visit booked with us, we ask that you notify us before the visit should you or any member of your household display any coronavirus symptoms, are self-isolating or shielding; so we can make suitable arrangements to reschedule our visit.
We understand just how challenging the current situation is for everyone and we are able to offer advice, guidance and support across a range of topics including wellbeing, mental health, isolation, food hardship, money advice and rent payments. The 3 simple actions we must all keep doing to protect ourselves and each other are:
- Wash hands – keep washing hands regularly for 20 seconds
- Cover face – wear a face covering in enclosed spaces or where social distancing or space cannot be maintained
- Make space – maintain a distance of 2 meters from others
