Our Partners

Trident Group and our partners share a common purpose: to ensure that the communities they serve have access to good quality, affordable housing and vital care and support services.

Below are organisations and bodies we work with and are regulated by:

The Regulator of Social Housing is a non-departmental public body that regulates private registered providers of social housing to promote a viable, efficient and well-governed social housing sector able to deliver homes that meet a range of needs. It was previously part of Homes England, formerly known as the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), which also administers grants to social housing providers.

Homes England is a non-departmental public body, sponsored by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. They exist to accelerate the delivery of housing across England, except in London where much of this role is devolved. The role of Homes England is to ensure more people in England have access to better homes in the right places. To make this happen they intervene in the market to get more homes built where they are needed. Homes England accelerate delivery, tackle market failure where it occurs and help to shape a more resilient and diverse housing market.

Care Quality Commission (CQC) monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety and they publish what they find, including performance ratings to help people choose care. These performance ratings can be seen on our Trident Reach pages that details our various care services on offer. CQC set out what good and outstanding care looks like and we make sure services meet fundamental standards below which care must never fall.

National Housing Federation (NHF) is a trade body for the housing association sector. They influence, campaign and engage on behalf of its members, such as Trident Group. The NHF provide a single united voice for housing associations and make an impact for the sector with media, politicians and the public. They also lead on national policy for the sector and create an environment where housing associations can deliver their social missions.

The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) is the independent voice for housing and the home of professional standards. They support housing professionals to create a future in which everyone has a place to call home. The CIH passionately believe in the life-changing impact of the work of housing professionals and their purpose is to provide everyone involved in housing with the advice, support and knowledge they need to make a difference every day.

Matrix Housing Partnership is made up of housing associations, such as: Trident Group, The Accord Group, Rooftop Housing Association, WATMOS Community Homes, The Pioneer Group, Black Country Housing Group, Citizen Housing and Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council. The partnership has been formed over 10 years and delivers excellence and innovation in development and regeneration across the Midlands. Collectively they manage over 100,000 homes.
