Mental Health Services

For people who experience a mental health problem, the shame and silence can be as bad as the symptoms themselves. We're here to break that cycle.

Sometimes we say we’re fine when we’re not. We are here to support you.

Trident Reach’s Mental Health Service supports customers to maximise their living skills, better manage their mental and physical health, access and maintain appropriate housing, help them find voluntary and paid employment and training and education as well as access and participate in mainstream activities and opportunities within their community.

Our overall aim is to support customers to improve their wellbeing and resilience, enabling them to live their lives the way they want or choose.

Trident Reach’s service works with people within Dudley and Shropshire in the following settings.

Murray Grey Mews provides person-centred, focused support for people with complex and enduring mental health needs. In partnership with Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, we provide an innovative approach to mental health recovery.

The scheme consists of a purpose-built shared housing and self-contained apartments. The service provision is time limited for up to a maximum of two years with support fully focussed on enabling individuals to move onto more independent living.

The service is allocated to individuals via a referral and assessment process with approval from the Health and Social Care nominations panel.
