Forming a Resident / Customer Group

To help us provide the best possible services, we need to know that residents and customer needs and expectations are being met and maintained to the highest standard.

Forming a Resident/Customer Group in your area gives you the opportunity to address any issues within your local community, lobby for changes and improvements to services, and give your community a ‘voice’.

What would be required?

  • Attending meetings with other residents/customers within your area and working with the local community to discuss issues.
  • Working with Trident Group staff and other community bodies (community wardens or police) to make improvements, or tackle issues within your area.

How much time would I need to give?

This is really up to you, and depends on how you want your Resident/Customer Group to work. Some groups meet monthly, whilst others only meet as and when required to discuss individual issues.

Trident Group will provide you with any support needed to set up a Resident/Customer Group and will provide funding to cover the groups administration and meeting expenses.

If you would like to know more about setting up a Resident/Customer Group, please contact the Customer and Partnership Liaison Team on 0121 633 4633 or email via communityengagement@tridentgroup.org.uk
