Registered Care Services

Our Registered Care homes across the Midlands support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Each of our homes is unique and the support we provide is person-centred, with each individual’s needs, views and preferences shaping how their support is delivered.

Our skilled staff work closely with families along every step of the journey, from transition, through to involvement in all decisions about the person’s health, care and support that need to be made.

We encourage our customers to develop and maintain relationships with family members and provide lots of opportunities for family members to be involved and influence the support we provide, such as the recruitment of staff and assessment and reviews.

We support people to develop relationships, increase independence and become active citizens within their local community.

The service works with people across the Midlands in the following settings:

We provide residential care services in 9 homes within Birmingham, supporting people with profound learning and physical disabilities to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

We provide personalised day-to-day support and personal care and encourage customers to become actively involved

in the community by offering day trips, access to health services, plus educational, sport and leisure facilities.

Our Registered Care services are registered with the Care Quality Commission and are compliant with the standards assessed.
